Warranty
16 years warranty on all material supplied by Castle Rock! Warranty is transferable.
Original purchase receipt must be mailed in directly to Castle Rock along with name of customer and related information of purchased product. Receipt must be detailed and legible.
Transfer warranty must be forwarded to Castle Rock with related dates and pertinent information of assuming buyers to warrant all products.
Castle Rock warrants all products only and does not cover damages caused by:
• Faulty installation
• Exposure to excessive heat
• Physical or accidental misuse
• Failure to follow recommended transportation, installation handling, maintenance or fabrication
Castle Rock is limited solely to the replacement of parts if required via copy of purchase receipt supplied by customer. Under no circumstances shall Castle Rock be liable for any loss or damage arising from the purchase, use or liability to use of this product, or for any special, indirect, incidental or consequential damages.
